How do I know if I have the correct version of Java?

The live data featured in the WebMaster and WebAlert browser interfaces had been displayed using Java applets.

If you have a WebMaster version 10 or higher, a WebAlert version 2 or higher, or a WIND version 2 or higher, the live data may be viewed using a non- Java method, which works much better with new browsers like Internet Explorer 7.0.

If you have an old browser, such as IE 5.0 or 6.0 and can't use the new Non-Java, simply go to the Advanced Comms page and switch to Java.

If you have version 6 of Java, you can delete it by going to your Add/Delete Programs, which can be found in the Control Panel. After deleting Version 6, you can download the correct version by following the link below.
